Position Summary

I am looking to hire a Digital Marketing Production Coordinator and hopefully next MVP of my team! If you love kink, rope bondage, and have experience with video editing production this position might be for you.

​

You need to be detail oriented, able to manage multi-projects simultaneously, have STRONG spelling, grammar, copyright skills, an efficient and effective workflow process, the ability to take directions and work independently on projects.

Who are you working for?

You report directly to me. I have 3 other business partners on the team: Lady Badsushi, Leon Legacy, and an anonymous investor. You will be working with myself most of the time; but often projects involve the whole team and occasionally they may communication directions for specific projects.

​

Position Responsibilities

  • Review archived video content, pull/edit out highlight clips, edit in company branding motion graphics, copy, & logos, add Closed Captions for video uploads and marketing promotional event trailers.

  • Create captions, hashtags, schedule, and post marketing videos on social media accounts.

  • Upload videos to 2 YouTube channels

  • Create & Manage Monthly Email Marketing Campaigns for all organizations via Wix.com & Eventbrite.com

  • Graphic Design creation of marketing promo banners, video thumbnails, using Snappa.com.

  • Potentially: Behind the Scenes Production Director for Livestream events and shows

  • This is a paid position, of a monthly flat rate with a min. and max required work hours.

Position Knowledge and Experience

  • Agency to communicate your personal capacity, your understanding of my direction, and your viewpoints/suggestions/opinions. (We are a team, and I actively encourage new ideas!)

  • Fluent in Kink, BDSM, & Rope Bondage; you don’t have to have expansive experience, but you need to understand the terminology and overall culture. Need to be able to understand what content is most valued and marketable.

  • Required Experience: Google Products, Zoom, Wix.com, and Social Media Site: TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube Studio, Vimeo Studio

  • Preferred Experience: Later.com, Buzzsprout.com, Cyberlink PowerDirector Video Editing Software, Snappa.com, Adobe After Effects, OBS Studios, Eventbrite.com, Patreon.com

  • SUPER COOL if you have . . . Livestreaming video production experience (OBS, Zoom, Streamyard.com)
